8 oz hand breaded cube steak fried and smothered with peppered cream gravy. Served with roasted garlic cream cheese mashed potatoes and fried okra.

14 oz house brined bone-in pork chop. Grilled and topped with a rosemary demi-glace. Served with garlic butter parmesan deep fried potato wedges and chef’s choice vegetable.

 

Hanger Steak $35

10 oz hand cut hanger steak. Grilled, sliced and topped with a chimichurri sauce. Served with smashed and seared salt potatoes and chef’s choice vegetable.
